Before founding Eastrise, Gosia co-founded and scaled an award-winning consultancy leading development projects across 25+ countries. She has worked with senior leaders on high-profile advocacy campaigns, ecosystem partnerships, and investment strategies, consistently bridging global capital with local innovation.

He currently serves as the Country Director for Eastrise Group, where he leads the firm’s Kenya operations and regional strategy, advancing cross-border growth through high-impact partnerships with private sector actors, multilateral agencies, regulators, and innovation ecosystems.
At Eastrise, he is responsible for executing a country strategy aligned with the company’s pan-African vision and global ambitions. He oversees local operations, compliance, and strategic engagement—building bridges between Africa’s emerging markets and European investors, scale-ups, and development finance institutions. His focus spans high-potential sectors such as logistics, agritech, fintech, healthtech, and climate innovation. Previously, Moses served as Team Lead for Partnerships in the Office of Economic Growth and Integration at USAID/Kenya and East Africa, where he championed private sector development and innovation efforts. He worked with technical teams across agriculture, finance, WASH, trade, environment, health, and humanitarian sectors to foster partnerships that mobilized resources and catalyzed private investment for development impact.
He has also held roles as Data Lab Manager for East Africa at the Humanitarian Data Exchange (UNOCHA), Innovation and Developer Lead at Microsoft East Africa, Economist/R&D Specialist at Nokia Research Centre, and Project Officer with the Government of Kenya’s Millennium Development Goals project.
