Gosia is an entrepreneur and global partnerships strategist with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of business, policy, and social impact. She has advised philanthropists, foundations, corporates, and multilaterals on cross-border growth, investment readiness, and market strategy, with a strong focus on Africa and Central & Eastern Europe.
Before founding Eastrise, she co-founded and scaled an award-winning consultancy leading development projects across 25+ countries, working with senior leaders on high-profile advocacy campaigns, ecosystem partnerships, and investment strategies.
She holds a Mini MBA from Birkbeck, University of London, an MA in Political Communication from Cardiff University, and a BA in Politics and Public Relations from the University of Wolverhampton, and is completing postgraduate studies in Sustainable Development at Columbia University.
Moses is a cross-sector leader driving innovation, investment, and market expansion across Africa and Europe. As Country Director he leads Eastrise’s Kenya operations and regional strategy, advancing cross-border growth through partnerships with private sector actors, multilateral agencies, regulators, and innovation ecosystems.
Previously he served as Team Lead for Partnerships at USAID/Kenya and East Africa, and has held roles at the Humanitarian Data Exchange (UNOCHA), Microsoft East Africa, Nokia Research Centre, and the Government of Kenya’s MDG project.
He holds a Master’s in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and a BA in Economics and International Development from McGill University, with certificates from ETH Zurich and ANDE.

Founder & CEO of Qhala, a leading digital innovation company transforming Africa. She established Safaricom Alpha, Africa’s first corporate innovation hub, and has guided governments on ICT adoption at the African Development Bank, with prior experience at Google and Microsoft.
She holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town and serves on the boards of WiDEF, Longhorn, Open Institute, ANU, and IPSL.
Executive Director at ONE.org, the organisation co-founded by Bono. For two decades he has worked on campaigns to reduce child mortality, unlock climate and development funding, and reform the global financial architecture.
He holds a PhD in social geography from Queen’s University Belfast and is author of “Why Europe Needs Africa,” published by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

He holds a dual EMBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University and a degree in Economics & Management from Oxford University.
